Song for my father.

Diggin' deep at the Junction Wednesday night.  Still more to hear from the new Antibalas & the electric Denson/Soulive tribute to Melvin Sparks, plus the debut of a tribute album from a group that goes by Spectrum Road , paying respects to the Tony Williams Lifetime and featuring Vernon Reid & Jack Bruce. And heavy sounds from Phil Woods & his European Rhythm Machine, Kingston influenced grooves from a long sought after MPS side from Monty Alexander & Ernest Ranglin, and an opening set for my dad, who would've turned 71 today.  See you then.
